Nathan Reese Maher started Nightingale Publishing in reaction to a growing interest in designing his own unique tabletop role-playing games that fit his own style of play.  An independently owned and operated publishing company, based in Clive, a suburb of Des Moines, IA, Nightingale Publishing has produced many titles such as:
